Chef Frédéric Salpetier offers refined, inventive cuisine, often inspired by classic techniques while incorporating modern influences.

ince 2013, Frédéric Salpetier, the Michelin-starred chef of the gourmet restaurant "L'Héliport", previously located on the Left Bank opposite the Palais des Congrès, has taken over part of the château to house the Brasserie héliport.
He and his team welcome you Monday to Friday, from 12:00 to 14:30 (lunch menu or à la carte) and from 19:00 to 21:00 (tasting menu or à la carte).
The restaurant, in the former Crypt of the Château, seats 70. A large, leafy terrace is open in fine weather.
The former "Salle de Chasse" has become a pleasant place to sit around a log fire or on the terrace to make a date or nibble a few tapas.
- A la carte dishes: Tuesday to Friday lunchtime and evening
- Lunch menu: Tuesday to Friday, noon to 2.30pm
- Tasting menu: last order at 8:30pm
